1. List their property for selling and list their requirements / expectations for buying.
2. Build a community of conveyancers, structural / pest inspectors (vendors)
3. Connect and communicate as buyers and sellers and also with vendors
4. Offer bids on properties
5. Buyers and sellers may appoint / select vendors
In other words, Vertical Bricks is a marketplace where users will be able to buy and house including all services that are required for a seamless experience using their one account.

Vertical Bricks is a startup based in Melbourne, Australia. Marketing, design and strategy is looked after by its founder in Australia whereas, some of the coding of programs is developed overseas.

Congratulations on your decision to buy a house. Follow the steps below:
1. Create an account for yourself
2. Create you listing - it is your view of what you are looking for in a house - comprises some quantitative and some lifestyle questions.

Once you have created your account and listing, matching properties will be listed for you based on the post code selected. You have the option to connect and communicate and make offers on properties. We have made the offer process transparent so that it is fair for both buyers and sellers.

Based on your needs you may also select any services such as conveyancing etc and you will be connected with professional as per your selection.

For selling your house, Follow the steps below:
1. Create an account for yourself
2. Create you listing - it is your detail of the house you are selling.

Once you have created your profile and listing, matching properties will be listed for you based on the post code selected. Based on buyer interests they connect with you. Once a connection is made with a buyer you will be able to communicate with potential buyers. You will be able to make counter offers for your property.We have made the offer process transparent so that it is fair for both buyers and sellers.

Based on your needs you may also select any services such as conveyancing etc and you will be connected with professional as per your selection.

Yes, you may buy and sell properties using the same account. You can have multiple listing within your one account. Each listing will be treated separately for all matching, connecting and communicating purposes.

Listing for buying is free. There is a small fee for sales listing which is to be paid for a quarter. We are still working out the fees to be paid. Meanwhile feel free to list your property or your buying requirement. You don’t have to pay anything for now.

Very Simple. Register yourself with our platform and list your services within your account. You will automatically be connected with buyers/sellers based on your post code. You will have define in your account a primary post code and secondary post codes. You may list multiple secondary post codes. You will be randomly connected with buyers/sellers.
